| How do you charge when the property is empty (void periods)? | During void periods, our focus is on swiftly re-letting your property. When your property is vacant then you will only be subject to contractor fees where you have signed them off first and the monthly package fee. No percentage of the letting fee will be chargeable as the property will be empty. This is how you know we will diligently work to ensure a continuous steam of revenue for you. Other than the monthly package costs for working hard in the background its as simple as, if you dont get paid then we dont either. |
